Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are considered as priority for job creation and overall development of Armenian economy. The Government of the Republic of Armenia performs continues steps towards the development of SME sector, particularly towards the direction for creation of state support system for promoting innovations in SMEs. The aim of the national policy is to utilize the potential of SMEs in the context of economic, social and political development of the Republic of Armenia and enhancement of sustainability of its ecosystems. This is the reason why the country, population at large, including SME and private sectorcompanies are first beneficiaries and stakeholders of RECP mainstreaming.
