The Regional Environmental Centre for the Caucasus announces a vacancy for a Procurement Expert under the regional project “Promoting Green Deal Readiness in the Eastern Partnership Countries” (PROGRESS), funded by the International Climate Initiative (IKI) of the German Federal Government.

The Procurement Expert will support transparent, efficient, and compliant procurement processes for demonstration projects in Armenia, including procurement of equipment, technologies, and related services for green agriculture, precision agriculture, sustainable packaging, and circular economy solutions. Applicants should have strong experience in procurement, preferably within donor-funded projects, and excellent knowledge of tender documentation, procurement procedures, compliance, and contract support.
